Our youth athletic performance program is specifically designed to empower young athletes, like you or your child, to develop and improve their speed, strength, and power.
Whether you're a budding football player, a tennis enthusiast, or a dedicated basketball player, our comprehensive training approach will help you take your game to the next level. With our experienced degree qualified coaches, age-appropriate workouts, and a supportive team environment, you'll gain the skills, confidence, and competitive edge necessary to excel in your sport.
Our Youth Athletic Performance sessions are Monday to Thursday - 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
Our Youth Program Focuses On:

Flexibility: Dynamic mobility, stretching, and foam rolling

Movement: Correct your technique through movement preparation and exercise

Agility & Speed: Change of direction, deceleration, acceleration, and sprint mechanics

Power: Develop your power with medicine ball throws and lateral/linear plyometrics

Strength: Focussing on core strength, lower body, and upper body

Injury Prevention: Overcome mobility issues and correct muscle imbalances

Nutrition: Refine eating practices to improve recovery and reach peak performance
The Goal Of Our Youth Training Is To:

Teach young athletes how to accelerate and decelerate safely and effectively.

Teach athletes how to jump and land properly to build explosiveness and reduce the risk of injury.

Teach proper progression of our fundamental movements to get you stronger and teach proper exercise technique.
