Our Youth Athletic Performance program is designed to help young athletes develop strength, speed, coordination, and confidence in a structured and supportive training environment.

Whether your child plays football, basketball, tennis, or multiple sports, our system builds the physical foundation needed to perform better and reduce injury risk.

Multi-Sport Development: We don’t specialise in one sport — we develop athletes. Our training improves the physical qualities that transfer across all sports including speed, agility, strength, and power.

Expert Coaching: All sessions are delivered by experienced, degree-qualified coaches who understand youth development, movement quality, and safe progression.

Training is structured, supervised, and appropriate for each athlete’s age and ability.
Training Schedule

Our Youth Athletic Performance sessions run:
Monday to Thursday | 4:30pm – 5:30pm
​
A consistent weekly schedule designed to build routine, discipline, and long-term development.

What We Focus On

Movement Quality: Develop proper mechanics through warm-ups, mobility work, and movement education.

Speed & Agility: Improve acceleration, sprint mechanics, and change of direction ability.

Strength Development Build foundational strength through age-appropriate resistance training for the full body.

Power Development: Develop explosive athletic ability through jumping, landing, and power-based exercises.

Injury Prevention: Reduce injury risk by improving mobility, stability, coordination, and movement control.

Recovery & Habits: We also educate athletes on recovery habits and basic nutrition to support performance and growth.
