Adam Iacobucci

ADAM IACOBUCCI

Owner/Director of Training

Adam Iacobucci is the founder and Head Coach of Unified Fitness Systems. Adam is CPPS Level 2, Westside Certified, Poliquin PICP Level 2 Certified strength & conditioning coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified. Sports, fitness, and nutrition have been a lifetime passion of Adam’s and he is now ready to pass that passion and knowledge onto his clients.

 

Adam has trained and played at elite levels as a professional athlete. Playing Aussie Rules since he was a junior, Adam was drafted to the Collingwood Football Club in 2004. After his tenure in the AFL, Adam continued his passion and went on to captain the VFL side, The Northern Bullants until 2011. Adam has a passion to help both aspiring athletes and everyday people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

 

He is now passing on his knowledge and experience to help his clients become stronger, faster and more confident giving them the best chance at achieving their own fitness goals. Adam’s goal is to make sure you become the best athlete or the best version of yourself you can be. He has experienced the mental and physical peak in athleticism and knows what it takes to be the best.

DANIEL FRANCO

Performance Coach

Daniel is a coach with a passion for using strength and conditioning to improve performance as well as rehabilitation.

 

Daniel is Currently in the final year of completing his undergraduate degree (BSc. App. Sci. Sports & Exercise Science) at RMIT University. 

 

He is always eager to expand his database of knowledge.

 

Daniel has many years' experience in a competitive sports setting, playing Cricket for several years.

 

Daniel's overall goals for his clients are ensuring that they are able to reach their full health and fitness potential and have a positive experience in the performance centre.

RICKI-LEE MARTINUZZO

Performance Coach

Ricki-lee has a passion for sport and the science behind it. 

 

She has played both Basketball and AFL competitively, with her focus turning to football in her senior years, playing four years for the now Western Bulldogs VFLW. 

 

Ricki-lee has completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science during which she secured an internship with Coburg VFL (Strength and Conditioning). She is looking to apply her current knowledge on AFL as well as increase her knowledge over a range of sporting disciplines. 

 

She wants to see her clients reach their goals, no matter how big or small, while enjoying the journey to get there.

CLAUDIA IACOBUCCI

Nutrition Coach

Claudia is an Accredited Sports Nutritionist and healthy lifestyle advocate who is passionate about simplifying the process to help people achieve their body composition or performance oriented goals. 

 

Claudia’s passion for nutrition really kicked off after she retired from long distance running and entered into the world of weight training and bodybuilding, where she competed in a number of physique shows, winning an overall ICN Bikini division. 

 

Claudia strives to provide support, education, accountability and guidance so that people can achieve their goal as well as help people to build sustainable eating habits that they can maintain for life.
