ADAM IACOBUCCI
Owner/Director of Training
Adam Iacobucci is the Founder and Head Coach of Unified Fitness Systems, a performance coaching facility specialising in semi-private personal training, youth athletic development, and athletic performance training.
With a lifelong background in sport, strength training, and performance development, Adam combines elite-level playing experience with advanced coaching education to help clients build strength, improve athletic ability, and perform at their best.
Adam was drafted to the Collingwood Football Club in 2004 and went on to play and captain at VFL level with the Northern Bullants until 2011. This experience at elite and sub-elite levels has shaped his coaching philosophy focused on performance, resilience, and long-term athletic development.
Today, Adam works with both athletes and general population clients, helping them develop strength, speed, confidence, and physical capacity through structured, evidence-based training systems.
His goal is simple: to help every person he coaches become stronger, move better, and perform at their highest potential — both inside and outside the gym.

HARRISON BROWN
Performance Coach
Harry is a coach with a passion for strength and conditioning, performance, and rehabilitation.
He recently completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (ESSA Accredited) and has experience working with athletes in both rehab and performance settings.
He is also always looking to continue to expand his knowledge of exercise.
Having played football for over 10 years, Harry understands the competitive nature of the sport. Having also navigated his own sports injuries and rehab, he uses that experience to help athletes train smarter, recover safely, and reach their full potential.
Harry’s goal is to provide a safe and effective training environment where clients can improve, perform, and enjoy their time with UFS.

ALEXI KASTELIOTIS
Performance Coach
Alexi is a strength and conditioning coach who is passionate about helping athletes and everyday clients become stronger, more resilient, and confident in their training. She believes in creating a supportive environment where people can challenge themselves and enjoy the process of reaching their goals.
Recently completing her double degree in Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Bachelor of Business (Sport Management), Alexi is committed to continually learning and developing as a coach so she can provide the best support for her clients.
She worked with Box Hill United’s NPLW program as a strength and conditioning coach assistant, where she helped prepare elite female footballers for the demands of competition and developed her skills in athlete preparation, strength development, and recovery management. Experience she now applies to support her clients in achieving their own performance goals.
She has competed in high-level basketball and VFLW football, giving her first-hand knowledge of the physical and mental demands of high performance. She uses this insight to connect with her clients and create training that is practical and personalised to each individual.
Alexi’s goal is to support athletes and clients of all levels to achieve their best, both in sport and in life.

CLAUDIA IACOBUCCI
Nutrition Coach
Claudia is a nutrition coach and healthy lifestyle advocate who is passionate about simplifying the process to help people achieve their body composition or performance oriented goals.
Claudia’s passion for nutrition really kicked off after she retired from long distance running and entered into the world of weight training and bodybuilding, where she competed in a number of physique shows, winning an overall ICN Bikini division.
Claudia strives to provide support, education, accountability and guidance so that people can achieve their goal as well as help people to build sustainable eating habits that they can maintain for life.
