STRENGTH classes are every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday - 50-minute sessions.
Our STRENGTH program is based on scientific principles. Each session consists of power development, upper + lower strength, accessory lifts, and conditioning finishers.
If you want to get strong and build muscle while learning correct exercise technique on all the key lifts, then STRENGTH is absolutely the program for you.
Even if you're a beginner, our experienced coaching team will be able to adapt each exercise and workout to your current level to ensure constant progress.
METCON classes are every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
Short for Metabolic Conditioning, METCON is a 50-minute total body conditioning class. It is designed to increase both anaerobic and aerobic capacity by performing interval-based cardio-conditioning exercises.
METCON classes are backed by scientific evidence, which shows that this style of training can elevate the metabolism for up to 36 hours after you complete the class. Metabolic Conditioning turns your body into a fat-burning machine – so these classes are perfect if you’re looking to boost your fitness and lose weight.
You will use a wide variety of equipment during METCON sessions, including med balls, suspension trainers, sleds, cardio equipment, ropes, tyres, cardio machines and much, much more.
